ORDER CONFIRMATION & NOTIFICATIONS

If you have placed an order but have not received a receipt, order confirmation, or tracking information, please check your email spam folder and mark us as a contact in order to prevent future communication delays. If the expected notifications have not arrived in your junk or spam folders, please email support@presslandgeneral.ca to ensure that we have the correct email address on record for your order. Please include your order number in the subject line.

ORDER PROCESSING

SHIPPING & PACKAGING TIMES

Most orders are ready for shipping or local pickup within 2 business days (Monday to Friday not including holidays) of payment confirmation. The occasional exception to this is for some Locomotive Clothing & Supply items that may require an additional 2-3 business days for screen printing. Please do not hesitate to contact us about item readiness or timing if you are concerned about a deadline. A second exception to our standard processing time is for orders that contain PRE ORDER items - please see below for details.

PRE ORDER ITEMS

All orders containing pre order items are held until the entire order can be shipped together. If you'd like to pay additional shipping charges to receive non-pre order items first, please email support@presslandgeneral.ca.

PACKAGING

Presland General is committed to continually striving towards increased environmental responsibility. Most orders are packaged entirely with natural, recycled materials. There are some exceptions to this for particular items that benefit from the additional protection provided by poly or plastic types of packaging. In these cases, we use recycled or compostable materials whenever possible. We thank our customers for properly recycling or reusing our packaging whenever possible.
