Directions for adult use: Apply Só Magnesium Gel and gently massage into skin. Allow to dry completely before contact with any fabrics. May leave a salty residue and can be rinsed off after 20 mins.

Ingredients: Water, Magnesium Chloride, Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate.
Strength: 30% Concentration / 1 ml of Magnesium Gel is approx. 100 mg of pure magnesium.
