We are happy to exchange unwashed and unworn purchases in original store condition within 15 days of product delivery or in-store purchase. To be eligible for exchange, items must be returned to us in the same unwashed, unworn, and unused condition in which they were purchased, including intact tags and stickers.

NOTE: these items types are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange: face masks, socks, undergarments, personal care and grooming products such as skincare, haircare, and natural deodorant, and edible products. This list is not inclusive so please contact us with any questions regarding exchanges on specific products. Clearance items marked "final sale" in listing notes are also not eligible for exchange.


Shipping items to us for the purposes of exchange is the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for exchange shipments, as Pressland General is not responsible for the safe delivery of these items back to our shop. 

After exchange items are delivered to Pressland General, we will inspect the products to confirm their excellent condition. If the customer has elected to exchange directly for another size, colour, or similar item, we will happily pay for shipping the new item to the customer and will dispatch within 2-3 business days. if no item is selected for exchange, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the original order, to be applied toward a future purchase.


1. To exchange your purchase, please ensure that all items are unwashed, unused, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items must be in original store condition to be eligible for exchange.

2. Email, including your original receipt or order number for reference. Please include info on your preference of receiving a different item (size, etc) in exchange, or an emailed store credit.

3. After your exchange is approved via email, please carefully package item(s) and ship to:

4. Once original purchase items arrive back to us, allow for 1-2 business days for us to process and inspect the returned goods.

5. After the returned goods are accepted and entered into our system, we'll ship out your exchange or send your store credit via email.


We do not offer refunds for online or in-store orders. If you order an item that ends up not working for you, we're happy to exchange for another product or for credit toward a future purchase.



We stand behind the quality of the products we carry. If you item has somehow missed our inspection process and we've accidentally shipped a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize for this rare oversight.
