Orders ship out same or next business day! Check your promotions or spam folders if you're waiting for an order confirmation or shipping info and have not received them yet.

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post and standard arrival times are 2-5 business days after leaving our workshop. If you are rural or on the East Coast, please allow for extra days for the order to arrive.
Canadian orders over $120 are eligible for free, standard shipping. This is automatically calculated in the cart, after discounts and taxes are applied. No promo codes are needed to be eligible for free shipping.
USA orders are shipped via Canada Post / USPS. Please note that while our standard for US shipping is normally less than 10 days, we strongly suggest ordering early if on a deadline, as recent shipping delays with USPS have extended this estimate.
USA orders over $150 are eligible for free, standard shipping. This is automatically calculated in the cart, after discounts and taxes are applied. No promo codes are needed to be eligible for free shipping.
Orders outside of Canada/USA are shipped via Canada Post and delivery times vary greatly depending on the order and customer location. Please contact us for specifics if you are on a deadline.
DUTY & VAT: Purchases originating outside of North America may incur a duty or VAT charge upon delivery. Pressland General has no influence upon these charges and does not assume responsibility for them.
Please ensure shipping addresses are complete and correct. Pressland General is not responsible for additional shipping fees that are incurred due to customer address or information autofill errors. If you note an error after purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP. If the order has not yet shipped, we will make the changes necessary. Once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to recall packages and changes cannot be made.
All shipping times are estimates only. Please plan ahead, as compensation will not be offered for items with shipping delays outside of our control.
During special events and promos, please allow for 3-4 extra days for us to process your order.
