PAYMENT: payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We use both the Shopify payments system and Paypal. Canadian Customers can also pay via Interac e-transfer.

DISCOUNT CODES: our system only supports one promo code at a time. Gift certificate codes can be combined with promo codes. 

TO PAY VIA E-TRANSFER: please send Interac e-transfers to hello@locomotiveclothing.com, with your order number stated in the notes. Orders marked for payment via e-transfer will be held for up to six hours to allow processing of payment and canceled if e-transfers are not received within the six-hour window. 

PRE ORDER ITEMS: all orders containing Pre Order items are held until the entire order can be shipped together. If you'd like to pay additional shipping charges in order to receive non-pre order items first, please email support@locomotiveclothing.com.

SHIPPING: we offer affordable shipping within North America, and worldwide. Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, we are shipping only one time per week, in order to lessen trips into the community as well as the impact on Canada Post employees. We thank you for understanding that packages will not be arriving as quickly as usual.

USA orders are shipped 1 x per week so please allow for 1-5 business days for order processing, and an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery. 

CANADIAN orders are shipped via Canada Post and include tracking and insurance.

International orders are shipped via Canada Post and delivery times vary greatly depending on the order and customer location. Please contact us for specifics if you are on a deadline. 

Please note that all Canada Post, USPS and international shipping times are ESTIMATES ONLY. There are no guarantees for shipping times, so please plan ahead and we thank you for your kind patience and understanding. 

DUTY & VAT: purchases originating outside of North America may incur a duty or VAT charge upon delivery. Locomotive Clothing has no influence upon these charges and does not assume responsibility for them. 

LOCAL DELIVERY: we are currently offering local delivery in Mission BC due to the Covid-19 epidemic. Click here for more information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: we are happy to exchange unwashed and unworn purchases within 30 days of product delivery. To exchange, items must be shipped back to us in the same condition in which they were received. Exchanges are not available on items marked "final sale."Shipping items to us for the purposes of exchange is the responsibility of the buyer. We will happily pay for outgoing exchange shipping, using the standard postal rate. Customers can also exchange for store credit toward future orders. Please note: custom orders and items marked clearance are final sale and not applicable for exchange or store credit.

HOW TO EXCHANGE: exchanges are only accepted for items that are received in the original condition they were shipped in: unwashed, unworn and with all original tags and packaging. To exchange your purchase, please contact us at support@locomotiveclothing.com, forwarding your original receipt for reference. After your exchange is approved, package your item and ship to:
